As fellow cycling enthusiasts, we know that it can be difficult to know if your new bike will perform in the way that you want when you are riding to work with a full load, climbing local hills with your training buddies, or cruising around for fun.

That’s why we offer our 30 Day Test Ride Guarantee - to give you a chance to get to know your bike and decide if you’re truly meant to be together. If you aren’t completely satisfied, bring your bike back in new condition within 30 days and exchange the bike for a different model or brand of equal or greater value* that better suits your cycling needs.

*If you don't completely love your new bike within 30 days an in-store credit can be applied towards the purchase of a new bike, apparel, accessories, parts or service. Dirty, worn or damaged bikes are subject to repair/restocking fees.
