SHIPPING INFORMATION
Hyland Cyclery Salt Lake City: Now offering FREE ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 with the following exceptions:
- Items subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight are excluded. Oversized shipping charges for such items will be applied at checkout. This includes but is not exclusive to bikes, frames, forks, wheelsets, tires, auto racks and tailgate pads.
- Sale, clearance and closeout items may not qualify for free shipping. Shipping for these items will be applied at checkout.
- Offer valid only on orders placed at hylandcyclery.com
- Offer valid on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more; other discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
- Offer not valid on return shipments, special orders or prior purchases.
- Offer is limited to stock on hand and items fulfilled through our warehouses, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Offer limited to standard shipping, continental U.S. addresses only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders on in-stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days. Items listed as In Warehouse will usually add 1-3 extra business days before shipping, but may take longer depending on the warehouse in which your item is located. Next-day (overnight) orders on in-stock items are usually delivered by the end of the following day.
*IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you contact us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
ITEM ASSEMBLY
Hyland Cyclery is not responsible for the final assembly of any products. If your order an item such as a bicycle, hitch rack or similar item that requires assembly it is our recommendation that you have that done professionally at your expense (boxing fees will be included in additional shipping price). Our customer service team may be able to assist with technical videos and instruction documents where available.
RETURNS
Hyland Cyclery will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included.
- No returns on bicycles, car racks and tools.
- No returns on special order or closeout items.
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. All return shipments must be pre-paid (we do not accept CODs). For your safety please include insurance and tracking information with your shipment. We will only refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
All returns require a return authorization number or RA#. Please contact us by phone or email to receive your return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused.
All online returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

What about free shipping?
Hyland Cyclery gladly accepts returns and exchanges at no charge if we are at fault for an incorrect or damaged item. However, if the items are returned for any other reason the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges both ways- if free shipping was originally included, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
PRICES AND INFORMATION
We strive for accurate pricing and images, however some errors are inevitable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please email us at info@hylandcyclery.com if you find an error. Please note that an order acknowledgement received via email is not an acceptance and does not create a contract; we inspect all orders for accuracy prior to fulfillment. Hyland Cyclery reserves the right to cancel your order if a pricing error has been made.
LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
Our goal is to always have the lowest price available so that we can be your one stop bike shop. If you find the same item for less we will happily match the price, or if you have already purchased the item from us we will refund the difference for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be the exact same item, including size, color and year. Price match includes all associated costs (shipping, ect.). Item must be in stock at an authorized US dealer of that product. We must be able to verify with the original copy of an ad or link to the website. We reserve the right to not match items that are below our dealer cost. Other offers such as 12 Month No Interest Financing, % discount coupons, ect cannot be combined with price match.

When you shop with us, you can rest assured that you're getting our best price. If the price of a product is lowered within 30 days of your purchase, bring your receipt in and let us give you a store credit for the difference.
BIKE REPAIR / SERVICE GUARANTEE
WE STAND BEHIND ALL OUR SERVICE AND REPAIR WORK.
All Hyland Cyclery service and repair work is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. This guarantee covers tune-up, adjustment, and installation labor. This does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
E-BIKE / LIGHT ELECTRIC VEHICLE (LEV) SERVICE POLICY
E-BIKES / LEV’s PURCHASED FROM HYLAND CYCLERY
We can perform mechanical repairs and electrical diagnostics on any products that were purchased from Hyland Cyclery.
We can perform mechanical diagnostics and repair on most e-bikes / LEVs (Light Electric Vehicle). This includes but is not exclusive to tires / tubes, brakes, and drivetrain repairs.
We cannot perform electrical diagnostics on e-bikes / LEV models not sold by Hyland Cyclery. If you own a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike / LEV and the manufacturer has supplied you with the necessary electrical components needed to resolve the electrical issue, we can install these parts for you.
E-BIKE / LEV BATTERY POLICY
E-bike / LEV models sold by Hyland Cyclery are permitted to have their batteries left in the bike while being serviced/stored in our shop. The keys for the bike should be left with us in case the battery needs to be removed during service.
E-bike / LEV models not sold by Hyland Cyclery that are not having electrical work done must have their batteries removed and taken home. These batteries are not permitted to be stored at the shop overnight.
